Responsável por montagem e limpeza das mesas do restaurante, abastecer ás estações de serviço e ajudar os atendentes no serviço a mesa a fim de alcançar máxima satisfação do cliente;
Retira o material sujo das mesas e remonta as setups.
Repõe de forma consistente e eficiente os materiais de mesa;
Abastece o estoque e mantém a limpeza das estações para todos os períodos de serviço conforme necessário, incluindo louça, talheres, enxoval e condimentos.
