About the role
As Concierge Supervisor, you will be the welcoming face of Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Leading by example, you will inspire your team with your passion for hospitality and outstanding customer service. Your role will include providing tailored recommendations on Melbourne local attractions, overseeing guest luggage and vehicles and organising taxi services. You will report to the Front Office Manager while being responsible for:

  • Welcoming our guests and collaborating with the hotel team to ensure we are delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, assisting with all enquiries while providing friendly advice and information on local attractions, restaurants, and services.
  • Oversee the management of guest luggage, parcels and taxi services.
  • Ensure our valet parking is an exceptional experience that is timely and seamless.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with daily operations, rostering, performance management, development and training for the Concierge department.
  • Stay informed on VIP guests, Hilton Honors Members and all other guests’ movements for airport arrivals and departures.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on hotel operations to enhance service quality and optimise cost efficiency.

  • Prior experience in a supervisor role would be advantageous.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, integrity and reliability, ensuring a positive work environment within the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Work as part of a team on a rotating shift basis.
