1.负责指定工作的日常运作，确保符合酒店高标准出品要求，监督食材准备、烹饪流程及摆盘，确保每道菜品达到酒店标准，检查食材新鲜度、库存管理，减少浪费，控制成本；
2. 团队协作与培训，指导初级厨师和实习生，确保团队掌握标准化烹饪技术，配合主厨研发季节性菜单、特色菜品及定制餐单，确保厨房遵守食品安全标准及酒店卫生规范；
3. 设备维护与安全管理，管理厨房设备的日常维护，确保团队遵守安全操作流程；
岗位要求
1.3年以上国际酒店西厨工作经验，1年以上领班或类似职位经验；
2. 体能优秀，可适应高温环境及长时间站立工作；
3. 熟悉各类食材的处理与保存；
