岗位职责
1. 客房清洁与整理-按照标准流程清洁客房，确保房间内设施正常运行，发现问题及时报修，检查并补充迷你吧、茶饮、洗漱用品等消耗品，处理客人提出的额外需求；
2.公共区域维护-负责楼层走廊、电梯间、服务间等公共区域的清洁工作，确保工作车、清洁工具整洁有序，及时补充清洁用品；
3.安全与物品管理-检查客房内是否有遗留物品，并按规定上交客房部，发现可疑物品或安全隐患立即上报，遵守酒店钥匙管理制度，确保客房安全；
4. 客户服务-礼貌回应客人需求，提供高效、友好的服务，遇到客人投诉或特殊要求时，及时与上级沟通解决；
岗位要求
1.1年以上高端酒店/五星级酒店客房服务经验，接受过系统化房务培训；
2. 身体健康，能适应长时间站立、弯腰及体力劳动，具备基本的清洁知识和操作技能；
3. 形象整洁，无明显纹身/夸张发型，符合酒店着装规范；
