This is a great opportunity for a professional and motivated individual to step up and take daily (evening) charge. We are seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic and energetic team leader to deliver timely cleaning, thorough inspections and consistently high standards.
About You:
- Passion for service delivery and the Hospitality Industry
- At least 2 years cleaning experience in 4/5 star Hotel/Resort environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and drive a team
- Supervisory experience in a comparable environment
- High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Flexibility in approach – able to work shifts, including weekends
