- The Spa Concierge is responsible for handling guest requests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner at all times, ensuring an exceptional reservation and guest experience. This role plays a key part in promoting Asaya memberships and services to drive sales and foster repeat business.
- Manage the guest reservation process with efficiency and accuracy, supporting the seamless daily operations of the spa.
- Deliver the highest standards of service, proactively enhancing guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Open and close the spa daily in accordance with departmental SOPs, financial procedures, and brand standards.
- Maintain a pristine and orderly spa environment, taking pride in upholding cleanliness and presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests with professionalism, regardless of demand or time of day.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve spa reception procedures and guest interactions.
- Foster a positive, cooperative attitude when engaging with guests, colleagues, subordinates, and the leadership team.
- Oversee daily spa billing, gratuities, and financial reporting with precision.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the wellness, spa, and fitness industry.
- Excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, service-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
