Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Part Time Staff – Reservation Officer to join our team in Mai Khao, Thailand. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations and ensuring a smooth booking process for our valued customers.

  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms
  • Process and confirm guest reservations accurately and efficiently
  • Provide detailed information about room types, rates, and available amenities
  • Assist guests with special requests and accommodate their needs when possible
  • Update and maintain the reservation system to ensure accurate room availability
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Resolve booking-related issues and customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Generate reports on occupancy rates and reservation trends as needed
  • Upsell room upgrades and additional services when appropriate
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of property features, local attractions, and ongoing promotions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and supportive attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
  • Hospitality management degree or certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Advanced in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Thai Nationality only.
