As a Pastry Commis Chef at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons you will be responsible for working as part of the Pastry team to consistently deliver Le Manoir’s standards in food production and service within the Pastry team.

Primary Responsibilities Include
Working alongside the senior chefs to produce all aspects of the pastry department to standard
To follow all recipes to standard at all times and work with the senior team in dish development as and when required
Demonstrate a positive attitude and behaviours within the team
