Maintenance Technician

 

    1. Maintenance and production of all wooden items and furniture in the facility.
    2. Keep the technical services workshop up and running.
    3. Care for and repair the wooden items in the facility.
    4. Perform tasks assigned by his/her manager that are related to the department and position.
    5. Take part in any work that requires the full participation of the Technical Service Department.
    6. Replace any broken windows in the facility. Repair any problems with keys and locks.
    7. Work on a shift basis and start the shift on time.
    8. Keep the work space clean and ensure that it is cleaned after the work is complete. Must always look clean and proper and wear a uniform.
    9. Carry out other reasonable tasks that may be requested.
    10. Work according to the policies, procedures and instructions identified by the Chief Engineer.
    11. Take part in the Emergency Response Team.
    12. Must take all measures required for occupational and worker health and comply with all measures taken.
    13. To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.).
    14. To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility. To carry on implementing decisions which were taken for saving energy. To predict effects of environment and efficiency of energy on purchased equipment.
    15. To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment.
    16. Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facilities.
    17. Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
