Description du poste

 

  • Assurer la préparation complète des pizzas : pétrissage, façonnage, garniture et cuisson (four à bois, à gaz ou électrique).
  • Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et des standards Accor en matière de qualité et de présentation.
  • Proposer de nouvelles recettes en lien avec les tendances culinaires et les attentes de notre clientèle locale et internationale.
  • Participer au service direct ou à la vente selon les besoins opérationnels du restaurant et de la piscine

 

Qualifications

 

  • Expérience confirmée en tant que pizzaiolo dans un établissement hôtelier, restaurant ou pizzeria de renom.
  • Maîtrise des différentes techniques de cuisson et de travail de la pâte.
  • Créativité, rigueur, rapidité d’exécution et sens du travail en équipe.
  • Connaissance des règles HACCP indispensable.
  • Une formation en cuisine ou en restauration serait un atout.
