Housekeeping Supervisor:
You are at the heart of the hotel! Reliable and engaging. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
• Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
• Assist with room attendants’ concerns on the floors
• Perform room inspections

Compensation: $28.48 per Hour

Your experience and skills include:

• Warm and caring personality; previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Housekeeping experienced required, experience in hotel setting preferred
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, time management
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, varying shifts
