The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a colorful Garden Island with all the charm and intimacy of a traditional Maldivian Village. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.
A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort if required.
What you will do:
- Deliver exceptional service to guests and colleagues, embodying the Golden Rule.
- Support daily Dive Center operations — cleaning, stocking, opening/closing, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
- Maintain, clean, and repair dive equipment, air/Nitrox tanks, and compressors in line with PADI and Four Seasons standards.
- Assist with boat operations and ensure strict adherence to safety procedures.
- Take ownership of guest needs, provide genuine hospitality, and ensure a memorable diving experience.
- Capture and create underwater photos/videos upon request.
- Handle cashiering, inventory, and credit procedures accurately.
- Assist with any additional duties as required.
What you bring:
- Excellent English communication skills, along with strong math and psychometric abilities.
- Successful completion of O Levels.
- Ideally 1–2 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel or resort environment.
- A polished, professional presence with personal flair and finesse.
- A positive attitude, strong aptitude, and clear potential for career growth.
- PADI Dive Master certification, with at least 100 logged dives.

Schedule & Hours:
- This is a full time position
- 48 hours a week with one day off
