Senior Property Manager

We operate like most other real estate agencies, except that we exclusively manage and sell Oaks Hotels & AVANI managed properties.

Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our tight-knit, high-performing team at MINT Residential.

Based in our vibrant Sydney CBD office, you’ll be part of a small, supportive team that’s backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group. You’ll manage a boutique portfolio of fewer than 200 properties—giving you the perfect balance of challenge and control, without the overwhelm.

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)
• Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
• Communicate effectively with tenants
• Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
• Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:

• A current Property Management Registration
• Hold a Class 1 licence
• Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize as required
• Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
• Availability to work Saturdays when required (limited)
