Front Desk Overnight Relief Supervisor
About the role:
The Front Desk Overnight Relief Supervisor will oversee the staff during the overnight shifts and daytime staff as needed. The Front Desk Overnight Relief Supervisor will assist with overseeing the guest and employee experience. They will work closely with the team members from all departments to ensure that standards are being met. The Front Desk Overnight Relief Supervisor responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. This position is expected to be on shift four days per week for ten hours per day, depending on operational demands.
