About the location:
Four Season Residences is a complex with 4 luxury residential towers of 35 floors each, for total of 470 units. Built on 2,4 hectares of land in 1998-1999. Four Seasons Residences is located in Setiabudi, just between Jalan Rasuna Said and Jalan SUdirman. Those two streets are the most important of the business district of Jakarta, with may prestigious office towers and hotels. About the role
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage the security operations at our residential property. The ideal candidate will have strong background in residential or property security, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents staff.
What you will do
– Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel
– Ensure proper patrol, monitoring and response procedures are followed
– Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve security risks
– Prepare incident and activity reports, and maintain accurate records
– Train and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance
– Coordinate with Management and emergency services when necessary
– Enforce security policies, rules and regulations consistently.
What you bring
– Proven experiences as a Security Supervisor, preferably in residential property
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
– Knowledge of surveillance systems and emergency responses procedures.
– Relevant certifications in security management are a plus
