Bell Supervisor/ ベル・スーパーバイザー

At InterContinental Sapporo, we are looking for a warm, welcoming, and professional Bell Supervisor to lead our Bell Services team. As a key point of contact for our guests’ arrivals and departures, you will help set the tone for exceptional guest experiences—while supervising and supporting a dynamic team. If you take pride in great service, know your way around a luggage trolley, and can inspire others to do the same, we’d love to hear from you.

 

Your Day-to-Day

As Bell Supervisor, you will:

Supervise daily Bell Desk operations to ensure smooth coordination of arrivals, departures, and guest requests

Train, mentor, and motivate bell staff to deliver personalized, professional service in line with IHG Brand Standards

Create an outstanding first and last impression by ensuring a warm welcome and sincere farewell for all guests

Assist with and oversee guest luggage handling, storage, item delivery, and newspaper distribution

Monitor and manage hotel driveway traffic, including taxis, private cars, and hotel limousines to ensure safety and flow

Ensure the lobby, entrance, driveway, and concierge area are clean, well-presented, and in line with luxury hotel standards

Provide guests with accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, medical assistance, and transportation

Support guest requests with a “can-do” attitude, and give guests your full attention at all times

Liaise effectively with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery

Maintain detailed shift reports and escalate any operational issues to management

Ensure team compliance with health, safety, and emergency protocols including luggage handling standards and OH&S policies

Handle VIP arrivals with discretion and coordinate any special arrangements in advance

Manage and schedule bell team rosters in line with occupancy and business needs

Responsible for escorting guests to/from Sapporo Station using the hotel shuttle service, ensuring a safe and courteous experience.

 

What We Need From You

Minimum of secondary school education or equivalent
