Garde Manger Cook

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria is looking for a Garde Manger cook to join their culinary team! The hotel is located near The Galleria – America’s fourth largest mall – and three miles from Memorial Park and the Houston Arboretum and Nature Center. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of professional culinary experience. Seeking someone who is reliable, works well with others, and has strong communication skills. Previous garde manger experience in a hotel setting is highly preferred.
Shift Pattern: varies with AM and PM shifts. Weekend and holiday availability required.

What will I be doing?
As a Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
