We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience for each guest—from check-in to check-out.
Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding guest service
Manage team scheduling and ensure optimal coverage and service levels
Uphold the highest standards of guest experience and front desk operations
Oversee arrivals, departures, room assignments, and guest requests
Act as the main point of contact for guest concerns and handle issues with professionalism and care
Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth guest stays
Monitor billing accuracy, payments, cash handling, and guest accounts
Organize regular team meetings to review performance and align on goals
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role in upscale hospitality
Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Fully bilingual in French and English (a third language is a strong asset)
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence
Highly organized with the ability to resolve problems efficiently
Proficient in Opera PMS and hotel management systems
