調理部のスタッフとして、日々、キッチンのスムーズな運営に従事していただきます。お客様に美味しくお食事を召し上がっていただくことはもちろんですが、安全・衛生管理もとても重要となり、スタンダードを理解、遵守していただきます。
• スタンダードレシピに基づき料理を作る
• 毎日の食材発注、納品を確認する(食材の量・品質も含め)
• 個人的衛生とキッチンの衛生を高いレベルで保つ
• 食材の管理
• レストラン営業中の料理の補充
• キッチンの清掃、片付け、消毒
など

As a member of the kitchen team members, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen daily. While it is essential to provide delicious meals to our guests, maintaining safety and hygiene standards is equally important. You are expected to understand and comply with these standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dishes according to standard recipes
  • Check daily food orders and deliveries (including quantity and quality of ingredients)
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
  • Manage food inventory and storage
  • Replenish food during restaurant service hours
  • Clean, tidy, and sanitize the kitchen
