The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Loss Prevention Officer

 

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be instrumental in protecting our guests, employees and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conducting tours in and around the building
  • Reporting of all incidents and anomalies
  • Securing the building against unauthorized entry
  • Maintaining the safety of guests and staff
  • Enforcing house rules
  • Supporting other departments

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience in the security sector
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • High resilience in stressful situations
  • Committed and courteous behavior towards staff and guests
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Willingness to participate in internal training
  • Team player and responsible way of working
  • Good computer skills in Excel and Word
