Upon completion, Victoria Golf Resort & Spa will be fully rebranded as a Fairmont property, its exceptional golf facilities and beautiful natural surroundings perfectly complementing the wider Fairmont Hotels & Resorts portfolio. Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Sales– key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Ensure prompt and courteous service is provided to both internal and external guests
• Conduct performance reviews after probation and on an annual basis
• Ensure compliance with PMP (Performance Management Process) requirements
• Generate revenue through in-house and off-site sales activities and special events
• Develop new ideas to enhance the department’s offer using creative marketing and communication tools
• Identify and acquire new clients in the MICE segment
• Attend trade shows, roadshows, and industry events to promote the brand and generate leads.
