Kitchen Supervisor

Hilton Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our talented team!

Nestled in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, our hotel boasts 826 guest rooms, 24,000+ square feet of event space and our signature restaurant Ten 01 Social.

We are seeking an energetic individual who is career driven, with a positive approach to hospitality.  In this role, you will assist in the execution and leadership of our culinary department.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Thrive in a high-volume environment with a passion for culinary excellence and incorporating current trends
  • Have experience in leading and developing a culinary team
  • Have proven success of consistently executing a high-quality product in a professional atmosphere
  • Have a well-rounded background in various restaurant styles with a keen eye for details and exceptional organizational skills.

This is a Full-Time position, candidates will need full availability including: nights, weekends and holidays.

Starting Hourly Pay Range:  $27.00 – 28.50

What will I be doing?

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting and participating in daily culinary operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
