Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all operational equipment throughout the hotel including physical plant, guest rooms and public areas.
• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient maintenance systems and work-order processes to ensure timely repairs, replacements, and special projects.
• Maintain accurate departmental records, including inventory control, procurement and operating costs.
• Supervise daily operations of the Engineering Department and ensure adherence to company standards and specifications.
