Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Nestled at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, just two hours north of Downtown Vancouver, Fairmont Chateau Whistler defines mountain luxury. Job Description

 

Talent Acquisition Coordinator 

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is at the heart of all internal and external hiring for the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Through organization, networking and an eye for exceptional talent, this role ensures the hotel remains fully staffed through peak seasons and that every applicant has the best possible candidate journey.

Salary Range:

$56,000 – $59,000 per annum, dependent on experience and education

Job Duties Include:

  • Being responsible for the full, end-to-end recruitment process for all roles within the hotel
  • ATS management, pre-screening, organizing and carrying out interviews, offering positions and creating contracts
  • Building relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs
  • Manage and oversee the hotel onboarding process, collecting new starter documentation, and uploading all information into the HRM system, ensuring legal compliance in all areas
  • Taking ownership of recruitment-related projects including the Student Work Experience Program (SWEP) and Talent Scout Referral Program
  • Working closely with the wider Talent & Culture team, assisting with orientations, colleague events and annual audits
