JOB DESCRIPTION
One of the most historic hotels in city, the Hilton Boston Park Plaza is seeking a kitchen manager to join their team! This 1060 room property has a premier Back Bay location just steps away from the Boston Common and the Public Garden, as well as a half mile from Beacon Hill and the Theater District!
In this role, you would oversee a team of 9 floor stewards/27 utility stewards and report to the Executive Steward. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous hands-on leadership experience, as well as a positive attitude who can take responsibility/initiative when it comes to resolving issues! Other asset qualities for candidates include: previous experience as a restaurant steward or hotel steward within a union, or leading a union stewarding team.
