Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Operate POS systems and manage daily cash flow.
• Ensure correct billing for all products/services rendered.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, receipts, and cash register balances.
• Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.
• Follow all hotel policies regarding cash handling and guest service.
• Prepare daily cashier reports and submit them to accounts or relevant departments.

• Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a city hotel or F&B outlet.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and well-groomed.
