As Executive Pastry Chef, you will play a vital role in shaping the culinary narrative of our hotel through refined desserts and artistic pastry creations. You will oversee all aspects of the pastry department, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction across restaurants, lounges, and bespoke events.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the pastry and bakery team, inspiring a culture of excellence and innovation.
Curate and execute elevated dessert menus that align with the hotel’s identity and guest expectations.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership on menu development, seasonal offerings, and culinary concepts.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Ensure training and development of team members to continuously elevate craftsmanship and service.
What are we looking for?
An Executive Pastry Chef serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
A minimum of 5 years in a senior pastry leadership role, ideally within ultra-luxury or boutique hotel environments.
Deep expertise in modern and classical pastry techniques.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
A creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience.
