Acerca del rol

Supervisa la operación diaria del departamento de Ama de Llaves, asegurando la calidad en limpieza, preparación de habitaciones VIP e inspección de áreas. Controla inventarios, apoya en la capacitación del personal, participa en juntas operativas y garantiza el cumplimiento de estándares y políticas de Four Seasons.

Lo que vas a hacer

• Monitorear la operación diaria de las áreas asignadas al departamento de Ama de Llaves, así como supervisar a todos los colaboradores departamentales junto con el Director de Ama de Llaves.
• Inspeccionar habitaciones de forma aleatoria, tanto ocupadas como desocupadas, asegurándose de que se estén limpiando e inspeccionando aquellas que tienen prioridad ese día, garantizando los estándares de Four Seasons.
• Preparar habitaciones VIP de acuerdo con las necesidades de la operación, anticipándose con el tiempo necesario a estas llegadas.
• Controlar que las rutinas de limpieza de cada sector del hotel se estén llevando a cabo, así como asegurarse de que se hagan los relevos necesarios.
• Inspeccionar periódicamente y de forma aleatoria las áreas públicas y el cumplimiento de la rutina de los supervisores.
• Inspeccionar aleatoriamente la lavandería y sus procesos.
• Programar y dirigir la realización de inventarios de lencería, uniformes, etc.

Requisitos

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Supervisor de Ama de Llaves o 1 año como Subgerente o Gerente de Ama de Llaves.
• Experiencia en el manejo y entrenamiento de grupos de personas.
• Inglés intermedio.
