Responsibilities

Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Hotel’s Pool Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met: long-range strategic planning for outlet operation. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle guest complaint, concerns or special requests for guests.  This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity.  To help serve food and drinks to the guests when the operation requires. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management

• Once to two years previous experience in a server or supervisory position in Food & Beverage
