– Colocar os clientes no “coração” de tudo o que for realizado, a fim de oferecer a eles uma experiência única e inesquecível, em conformidade com a Cultura de Serviços Accor;
– Ser o principal interlocutor entre o cliente e outras áreas do hotel, recebendo suas solicitações, sugestões, reclamações;
– Estar atento aos clientes habituées e All. Garantir a eles um acolhimento diferenciado, oferecendo os Soft Benefits disponíveis, de acordo com a sua classificação e preferência;
