JOB DESCRIPTION
The Security Team at the Hilton Columbus Downtown is currently seeking a Security Supervisor to work at our award-winning property. Nestled in the heart of the Short North Arts District, connected to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, our hotel boasts two towers with 1,000 guest rooms, 75,000 square feet of event space and several unique dining experiences!
In this role, you would report to the security manager, assistant director and director. You would oversee a team of 2-3 officers per shift!
The ideal candidate for this position will possess two years of security experience in a hospitality focused environment with one-year previous supervisory experience (if not in security, in a hospitality/customer service role). It would be considered an asset to have a CLSO, as well as training in CPR/First Aid/AED.
Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work AM, PM and Overnight shifts as needed, any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
As a Security Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting with the daily supervision and training of Security Officers/Guards to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
