Chef de Cuisine

Description:

  • You will be responsible for:
    – Contribute culinary creativity and maintain high Italian food quality and presentation standards.
    – Responsibly operate and control the outlet’s kitchen equipment
  • cost control and operate according to Amari standards.
    – Ensure smooth and effective communication among the kitchen
  • restaurant and other department teams.
    – Maximize productivity and maintain harmony among all team members
  • while building meaningful relations with guests
  • clients and other partners.
    – Bring fun to work
  • every day.

Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:
    – Italian National
    – Minimum 3 years experience in the upscale hospitality and Italian restaurant segments in Thailand.
    – Experience in a Chef de Cuisine position in upscale Italian Restaurants.
    – Bachelor degree or diploma from a recognized Culinary Institute.
