Job Description

 

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in beautiful Bodrum, Türkiye. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This position requires a passionate leader who can effectively manage and motivate a team while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of guest services, including check-in/check-out processes, concierge services, and guest inquiries
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of guest experience staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Resolve complex guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
