Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome a Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office Team!
Our hotel, which features over 1,400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center. Our Front Office team consists of our Director of Front Office Operations, Front Office Managers, Assistant Front Office Managers, our Pre-Arrival Coordinators, Guest Service agents and bell persons.
The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of recent customer service experience, at least 1 year experience in hospitality. Ability to work the required shifts and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
Shift Pattern: Open availability – weekdays, weekends, holidays are required.
Pay Rate: $19.18 per hour, plus potential for additional income through upselling!
