Vos missions clés :
✔️ Accueillir les clients lors du check-in et du check-out, gérer la facturation et les encaissements.
✔️ Prendre en compte et traiter immédiatement les demandes des clients, assurer le suivi et faire un retour au client et au manager.
✔️ Effectuer des réservations de dernière minute, contrôler la réservation et reporter les no-show.
✔️ Contrôler les balances encaissement de l’hébergement et du restaurant, corriger les balances si nécessaire.
✔️ Clôturer le système informatique pour le logiciel Hôtel et Restaurant.
✔️ Mettre à jour et envoyer les rapports pour la Direction, la comptabilité siège et tous les managers.
