The Spa Director will lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the Spa & Wellness division at Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to personal luxury and bespoke service. Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, wellness facilities, and related amenities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service excellence.

• Ensure all treatments, services, and facilities reflect Waldorf Astoria brand standards and guest expectations.

• Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance in all spa areas.

• Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering to ensure seamless operations.

Guest Experience & Service

• Develop and maintain a service culture that delivers personalized and anticipatory guest experiences.

• Create unique wellness programs and seasonal offerings tailored to guest profiles and emerging industry trends.

• Handle guest feedback promptly and effectively, turning potential service recovery situations into opportunities to exceed expectations.

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and develop a world-class spa and wellness team, fostering a positive work culture and continuous learning environment.

• Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition.
