Vous serez en charge du bon déroulement du séjour de nos clients de leur arrivée à leur départ, en veillant à leur satisfaction.
Vous effectuerez les missions de la réception: check in, check out, facturation client … dans le respect des procédures et de l’image du groupe.
Vous assurez le service du petit déjeuner et du bar.
Vous devez maîtriser l’anglais et l’emploi d’une seconde langue étrangère est souhaité.
