チーフアカウンタントは、プレイングマネージャーとして活躍すると共に、経理業務全体の管理を担っていただきます。チームをリードし、将来のリーダーを目指すのに最適なポジションです。
-各種経理業務（買掛金処理、収入支出管理、現金管理等）および実務（予算策定等）
-ホテルのコストの管理および改善（予実管理）
-スーパーバイザーを補佐し、月次決算を処理し、月次会計伝票を作成する
-オーナー会社の要求に応じて、週次銀行照合表と財務諸表を作成する。
– 財務部門スタッフのトレーニングをアシストする。
-すべての会計方針と手続きに精通し、それらがSOPに準拠していることを確認する
応募資格（歓迎）
-財務経理業務の経験
-財務経理分野でのチームリーダー経験（例：チームリーダーなど）
-基本的なPCスキル（メール・インターネット等）に加え、Microsoftオフィス（Word/Excel/PowerPoint）の利用経験
-語学力
日本語：ネイティブレベルの日本語力（日本語が母語でない方はJLPT1級必須）
英語 ：ビジネスレベル（会話：ゲスト対応や社内会議ができる／読み書き：英語メールや資料作成ができる）
