Le(la) préposé(e) aux chambres est un membre important de l’équipe d’entretien ménager qui, dans son ensemble, est responsable de la propreté et du soin accordé aux détails dans l’hôtel et dans les résidences. Le préposé aux chambres est responsable de veiller à ce que toutes les chambres et résidences respectent les normes les plus élevées, comme dictées par les hôtels Four Seasons. Quand il y a un grand achalandage dans le lobby et en l’absence des équipiers à l’entretien, il doit aussi participer à accomplir ses responsabilités et tâches.
