Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel Mercure Annecy Sud à Annecy un Plongeur F/H, en CDI à 39H, à partir du de Mi Aout 2025.
Plongez au sein d’une équipe chaleureuse dynamique, aucune formation n’est exigée
● Vous assurez le nettoyage de la vaisselle et de tous les ustensiles de cuisine, voire du gros matériel et des locaux, et vous prenez soin de ranger les éléments à leur place. Une cuisine propre pour un service de restauration de qualité !
● Vous êtes responsable de votre matériel et veillez à sa bonne utilisation. En cas de problème, vous signalez tout incident, installations défectueuses, panne technique à votre manager.
● D’autres tâches pourront vous être confiées : réception des livraisons, rangement des marchandises, aide en cuisine, …
● Vous aiderez le chef dans les préparations des plats, des services
● Habitué à travailler efficacement en équipe, vous êtes organisé, dynamique et rigoureux.
● Attentif à l’hygiène, aux détails, et à la satisfaction de nos clients. Votre connaissance des normes HACCP est un plus.
