  • Open and prepare the Kids Club for daily activities, ensuring a welcoming and safe space.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures of the Kids Club.
  • Greet children and families immediately with a sincere, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the Kids Club area at all times.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all children within the facility.
  • Supervise children effectively, ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging experience.
  • Work in designated areas based on age groups (e.g., 2–4 years, 5–12 years), residences, villas, or Ptite Tortu Kids club.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute special activities such as birthday parties, themed events, and seasonal celebrations.
  • Follow all childcare operational standards, safety procedures, health guidelines, and hotel policies.
  • Make initial guest contact and bid farewell in accordance with brand service standards.
  • Be responsible for reception area duties, including guest check-ins, visitor verification, and gate supervision.
  • Ensure that any medical concerns or special needs noted in registration forms are clearly understood and considered.
  • Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training sessions.
