The property is in the final stages of a major renovation and rebranding to Curio Collection by Hilton in early 2026. We are redefining Napa hospitality by bringing authentic, distinctive programming on-property. Our 7-acre resort will include refined interiors, a luxurious spa, open-air courtyard, meditation gardens and exceptional culinary experiences.
The team is currently seeking an motivated Catering and Events Manager who possess the following:
The hourly rate for this position is $31.25-$36.05 based on experience.
What will I be doing?
As Catering and Events Manager you are responsible for the negotiation of business through proposals and contracts to close business. Creative design of menus and events to maximize revenue and event experience. Maintain existing relationships with corporate and social accounts. As Catering and Events Manager you are responsible for event documentation and coordination with Sales, hotel departments and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of all hotel events. You will be required to ensure a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales. Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events. Serve as the event planner’s primary contact following turnover on property and is responsible for his/her experience.
