About the role

We are seeking a skilled and professional Male Spa Therapist to join our luxury spa team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional treatments, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism.

 

What you will do

  • Deliver spa treatments to the highest standards while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Greet guests warmly, use their names during interactions, and provide personalized service.
  • Provide information about spa services, treatments, and promotions, recommending suitable products when appropriate.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and facilities in perfect condition, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and security of products.
  • Support reception duties, scheduling, and guest greeting as required.
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on new techniques, treatments, and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in related areas, spa events, and other reasonable duties as assigned.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and fire regulations are followed, reporting any concerns immediately.
  • Review guest medical questionnaires before treatments, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Achieve sales and service targets set by the Spa Manager.
  • Adhere to company grooming standards, punctuality, and professional conduct at all times.
