Male Spa Attendant

The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Male Spa Attendant to join the Kilolani Spa Team!

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world’s best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

  • Classification: Full-Time
  • Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
  • Pay Rate: The hourly rate is $22.94 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa Attendant, you will be orientating and assisting guests throughout Kilolani Spa and provides exceptional guest service from point of arrival through check out. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Act as a personal guide and host throughout the facility noting all safety precautions and product knowledge relevant to the spaces; Checks guests in and assigns lockers.
  • Keeps all areas of the locker rooms, restrooms, hydrothermal spaces, and lounge areas neat and clean
  • Set up and break down all guest amenities and experiences within the facilities.
  • Stock lockers with robes and slippers.
  • Load dirty towels in bins.  Move towel bins in designated areas.
  • Conduct financial transactions, as needed
  • Perform general Spa duties, as needed
