About the Role:
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Door Attendant to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, and we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

 

What you will do:

  • Greet and engage all guests who arrive to the hotel, assisting with issuing appropriate valet parking tickets, assisting with taxi needs, loading and offloading guests’ luggage, and directing guests to Front Desk for check-in.
  • Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints and, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.
  • Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Bell Staff and Valet Parking Staff.

 

What you bring:

  • One to two years’ experience working in Hospitality or Customer Service
  • Louisiana Driver’s License required
  • Work authorization in the United States
