We are seeking a detail-oriented and capable manager who can confidently enforce the excellence of hotel standards, policies and procedures in accordance to the franchise standards.
Manage the operations of the hotel to maximize profitability, ensure superior service, product quality and drive brand value.
Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for clarification when needed
Strong work ethic.
Successful management experience of at least three (3) years in Hotel Operations, and Hotel Sales.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven records of commitment and professionalism in meeting the challenges and pressures of a 24-hour, 7-day week operation.
Proven effective management style to include:
Problem-solver
Hire and train new employees for all positions.
Strong leadership skills
Consistent performer/achiever
