Manager, Hygiene

Description:

  • The Hygiene Manager is responsible for ensuring that the hotel maintains high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all food handling areas. This includes verifying compliance with food safety regulations
  • providing training on proper food handling practices
  • identifying and addressing potential risks
  • and offering technical advice on food labeling.

Qualifications:

  • Certified GHPs & HACCP
    – Bachelor’s degree in Food Science
  • Hotel and Restaurant Management
  • Hospitality
  • Business Administration
  • or related major.
    – Minimum 2-3 years work experience as Hygiene Manager in a hotel or similar large restaurant complex
  • preferable in 4- or 5-star hotel.
    – Excellent spoken and written Thai and English
