About the role:
The Director of Housekeeping is a strategic leader responsible for the overall cleanliness, appearance, and maintenance of all guest accommodations, public areas, hear of house spaces, and laundry operations. In addition to managing the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments, the Director will serve as a key stakeholder in hotel and guest room hard renovations, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and brand standards are met.
As a leader within the Rooms Division, this role demands a high level of collaboration with Engineering, Design, Finance, and Operations to ensure that the physical product of the hotel matches our guest expectation. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence with strong project management skills, particularly in the context of property upgrades, room refurbishments, and full-scale renovation projects.
