    Sobre el Puesto

    Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica.

    Buscamos Asistente administrativo con un buen manejo de trabajo bajo presión, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo, excelente comunicación y organización. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.

     

    Funciones

    • Archivar y organizar documentos físicos y digitales, tales como reportes, formularios, facturas, correos electrónicos, entre otros.
    • Gestionar y actualizar la documentación de proveedores conforme a los requisitos establecidos por los procesos de auditoría.
    • Elaborar reportes internos.
    • Asistir a la gerencia en tareas administrativas.
    • Colaborar en proyectos internos o implementación de sistemas.
    • Ingreso de facturas.

     

    Requisitos

    • Experiencia en el puesto: mínimo 1 años.
    • Técnico en administración de empresas o carrera afín.
    • Conocimiento en MS Office.
    • Carnet de manipulación de alimentos.
    • Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
    • Licencia B1
