About the Role:

The Residential Public Area Attendant is part of the Residence Team and reports to the Residences Assistant Manager.

The Residential Public Area Attendant works with a highly skilled residence team to ensure our residents enjoy a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout the building. This starts with ensuring the finest details are attended to, and all surfaces are spot free.

What You Will Do:

• Cheerfully greet residents by name, provide discreet service, and be mindful of noise in resident areas
• Complete daily work assignments and manage time efficiently
• Attend to details, report any repairs or maintenance
• Inspect and clean corridors, stairwells, elevators and public areas
• Assist with responsibilities and duties of other team members when necessary to cover absences, or high business volumes.

What you bring:

• Two years’ experience in housekeeping, public area and residential experience beneficial
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Able to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed accuracy, follow through, and work with minimum supervision.
• Able to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 50 lbs. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day.
• Be a team player and willing to jump in to assist during high business volumes
